Oh did I (Betsy and Norman's mom) get into trouble when I gave Betsy this dog toy to test. You see, I made the mistake of telling her that I had seen it at several trade shows and thought it was a stupid toy because dogs who love rocks and stones would not think that this was a rock. However, the last trade show I went to they were showing how this toy bounces...then my simple human mind I KNEW that Betsy would LOVE this toy. Of course, I was right (but it did earn me the heavy Betsy sigh with the how-stupid-could-you-be look)! Betsy loves wild bouncing toys -- she takes them to the top of the stairs and then drops them down while she races down to try to catch them. I even caught her trying to teach Norman to drop The Rock at the top of the stairs so she could watch and catch it but he pretended not to know what she meant. I am sure you have figured out the rest of this story -- you are right, because when she was outside he was dropping The Rock from the top of the stairs!

This The Rock is made from 100% rubber. The package says, "The Rock is: rugged and durable, gentle on teeth and gums, a great source of exercise, easy to pick up, NOT a chew toy, and is non-toxic". The rock only comes in one size; it is about 3.5 inches wide by 3 inches high.
