FINALLY, Jolly Ball made a bounce able ball without a handle. We have had requests for these for years. This 4.5 inch Bounce-n-Play ball is made of the same non-toxic material as their Tug-n-Toss balls it just does not have the handle! These balls not only bounce (they do not bounce very high though), they also float. They are made so that the do not deflate; however, we do not recommend leaving them in a hot car or in the hot sun because they get so hot inside they collapse. Sometimes during shipping, they get a small flat spot -- Betsy said that it only makes them better. Betsy said that not all of her friends live in Phoenix where it can be over 100 degrees in the summer night -- she is right of course. Jolly Balls are made in the USA of USA materials. That's right, they are made in America.
